Please note, precinct chairs elected by the March 2010 primary took office on May 4th, 2010. Per Texas Election Code 171.022(c) – the 20th day after the date of the runoff election day, April 13th. If you were previously a precinct chair and did not file this year, you can still apply for an appointment to the vacancy. Contact the party office.
